Phone says the app cannot be installed? Try this version instead
MotoMate is not on the Play Store yet, so Android will ask you once whether you trust the file. That warning appears for every app installed this way — here is what to tap.
Tap a download button above. Chrome may warn that this type of file can harm your device — it shows that for every APK, not just ours. Tap Download anyway.
Open the file from your notifications or your Downloads folder. Android will say your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps. Tap Settings on that dialog, turn on Allow from this source, then press back. On Samsung the switch is called Install unknown apps.
Tap Install, then Open. Make an account with your email and phone number. Riders are checked by a person before going live — see below.
Download the newer file from this page and install it over the top. Your account, your trips and your wallet stay exactly as they are, and nothing needs uninstalling first. If Android refuses the install, it is almost always because the file you are installing is older than the one already on the phone.
An APK from a forwarded WhatsApp message or a random download site can be a modified copy of our app. This page is the only place we publish.
Install MotoMate Rider and register inside the app. You will be asked for your licence, your vehicle registration, a photo of yourself and a photo of the vehicle.
Somebody reviews every application by hand. Until it is approved the app shows you where it stands, and the reason if anything needs redoing — so you are never left guessing.
Motorcycle, pragya and aboboyaa are all welcome. Aboboyaa operators choose which services they run — water, refuse, or both.
